Peck begins his 1st year on the court with the Commodores, and brings a wealth of coaching
and playing experience with him. Peck is a Panama City native, and 1993 graduate of Mosley
High School.
Peck has 5 years of collegiate coaching experience at all levels of the NCAA. Most
recently, he served as assistant coach at D-I Mercer University from 2006-2008. His main
duties included recruiting, development of offense, and training the liberos. Under his
tutelage, the Bears earned 4 All-Conference bids, including a Freshman of the Year honor.
In 2005, Peck served as a volunteer assistant coach at The University of Central Florida.
During his time in Orlando, he aided in practice planning, recruiting, & scheduling; as he
helped the Knights transition into their 1st season in the highly competitive Conference USA.
Peck began his collegiate coaching career at D-III Hiram College, in Cleveland, OH,
serving as an assistant coach for the Terriers. Two All- Conference performers and an overall
turn-around of the program were some of the benefits of Peck's stint at Hiram.
Coach Peck began his coaching career in 2000, at Miami Christian School, and has served
as a head coach for various high schools and clubs throughout the southeast, including
Tallahassee, Atlanta, Orlando, and Alabama.
Kyle is also an avid beach player, taking part in numerous professional events over the
last 10 years. He continues to be active in the beach game as a player and a tournament
organizer for Panama City Beach Volleyball and the Panama City Beach Convention & Visitor's
Bureau.
Peck earned a Bachelor of Science from The University of West Alabama, and a Master of
Education from Mercer University.
