Kristian Robertson

Acting Head Women's Volleyball Coach

Kristian Robertson enters her second season as Acting Head Coach of the Lady Commodores Volleyball program.


In 2016 Coach Robertson guided her team to a 19-8 record.


During 2014 and 2015 seasons Coach Robertson severed as Assistant Coach for the Gulf Coast State College Women’s Volleyball Program. Robertson will be assisting the program in all phases of the game, but will focus primarily working with the setters and defensive specialists.


In 2013, Robertson was an assistant volleyball coach for Arnold High School located in Panama City Beach, Florida. With a record of 21-8, they were 5A District runner up, and attended the Regional Semifinals, better known as the “Sweet 16.” During the 2013 season she coached one All-State Outside hitter, three First Team All-County players, two Second Team All-County players, and one Honorable Mention.


Robertson played for Gulf Coast State College in 2010-2012 under Coach Kyle Peck as a setter and right side hitter.  She earned All-Conference Player honors during her freshman year, and was both team and floor Captain for both her Freshman and Sophomore year.

Lauren Corbin

Assistant Women's Volleyball Coach

Lauren Corbin enters her second season as Assistant Coach of the Lady Commodores Volleyball program.


In 2013, Coach Corbin played at Columbus State University, an NCAA DII program located in Columbus, GA.  Corbin finished her Freshman season with a 1.2 digs per set average.


In 2014, as an incoming Sophomore, Corbin played for Gulf Coast State College.  Corbin was the Libero, helping to guide the Lady Commodores to the most wins (27) in program history and was an unstrumental part of the 2014 team that won its 7th Panhandle Conference Championship and 3rd FCSAA State Tournament berth in the 18 year history of the program.  Corbin finished the 2014 season ranked 4th in the Lady Commodores record book for most digs in a season, finishing with 508.


Corbin was a three year letter winner graduating from Mosely High School.  She helped guide the Lady Dolphins volleyball program to a 74-14 career record, including a 2011 FHSAA 6A-2 District Championship.  Corbin set Mosley's all-time career and season dig records with 542 digs for the 2012 season and 1,015 digs overall.  Coach Corbin was a two time All-Bay County First Team selection (2011-2012) and was selected for the 2012 Florida Athletic Coaches Association All Star Game held at St. Leo University.
