The Lady Commodores Softball program is ranked #20 in the latest NJCAA Division I Softball Rankings.

They are off to a strong start in the 2026 season with an 18-5 overall record in regular-season play. 

As a team, Gulf Coast State ranks second nationally in hits (232), fifth in doubles (42), 10th in triples (8), and fourth in RBIs (158). The Lady Commodores are hitting for power and consistency, posting a .503 slugging percentage and a .430 on-base percentage. The lineup has also produced 13 home runs through the first 23 games of the season.
