Francisco De Oliveira named FCSAA DI Women's Basketball Player of the Week

Congratulations to sophomore forward, Arianny Francisco De Oliveira who has been named the DI FCSAA Player of the Week following an outstanding performance that helped lead the Lady Commodores to a perfect 2-0 weekend in Pensacola, Florida.

 

Francisco De Oliveira played a major role in victories over Pearl River and Elgin CC. She delivered a season-high performance against Pearl River, finishing with 43 points and 15 rebounds to lead the Lady Commodores to a 83-58 win. Over the two games, she averaged 32 points and 9.5 rebounds, consistently setting the tone on both ends of the floor. She was efficient offensively throughout the week, shooting 9-of-10 from the free-throw line and 26-of-46 from the field.

 

Francisco De Oliveira currently ranks second nationally in field goals made at 113-of-209 and leads the nation in total points with 307. She also sits first nationally in points per game, averaging 23.6.
